Now,Back to real real life road traffic.
Whichever countries you live in,traffic jams do occurs. What are the common causes of traffic jams?Could be a traffic accidents, vehicles breakdown, fallen trees, traffic lights out of order, floods, roadworks, festive or religious ceremonies and many more.
Whatever it takes,no matter what kind of situations you are in.Driving a car, trucks, van or buses - is all about YOURSELF and how do you deal with it-physically and mentally.
If you are riding a bike for your daily transportation it doesn't effect much on you.But still you need to have a good safety habits and proper preventive maintainance for your 'moving machines' to avoid the cause of traffic jams.
To begin your smooth journey you need a few common issues to bare in mind.Time, movement, observation and communications.
You need to have comunication device e.g-mobile phones,walkie-talkie,radios to call and listen.
Plan your journey early,of course.Observe any traffic news via sms from mobile phones and listen what the DJ have to say on air.Note the day and time, Is it a rush hour?Is it going to rain?Check the wheather forecast in advance.if it is a public holiday not to worry but sometimes it will still happens, when this happen, call and inform the person that you are going to meet especially if you are the VIP.If you have GPRS on your vechicles, use it to divert or navigate your way out to escape from the jam.Remember which areas that are currently having roadworks. You might notice there is a signboard stated the date of the completed project.
Now-Is all about yourself. How do you minimise your stress? The worst thing is if you are having diarrhea.Sometimes you could control it sometimes not within your expectations. For how long? You won't know it.My advise is to always keep an extra medication in your vehicles and a bottle of water.

There is a time when people might keep on calling you on the phone if
you are late. This could increase your stress level.Temporary disable your call waiting setting on your phones or activate the 'Silent' mode.Try to focus away from the traffic situation.Call somebody you love or those friends of yours who had great sense of humour and at the same time focus on the traffic flow.Listen to your favourite music.Observe the time.At least you could estimate how much time needed to get to your destination.Observe your fuel, temperature gauge or other 'unusual' lights that could appear on your dashboard because you don't what to be the next traffic jam causes and make the situation worst.
Control your anger and emotions.Do not use the horn most of the time. Some people might just cutting your lane, take a deep breath.Let more oxygen goes to your brain.Tell yourself, this is only for a short while, once I get through this everything will be OK.
